What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
Paycom HCM is efficient in storing the information of the workforce available in the company and also help in performance analysis and during payrolls
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface is well designed with a simple dashboard which can be used to filter and fetch the details of the employee quickly
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Sync between data backups take time and occur only at regular intervals in a day, if backup is to be restored the intermittent data could be lost
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A good payroll and HR solution which can seamlessly manage the workforce in an organisation

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
More data entry is required for similar result as a leading competitive brand; it's a bit cumbersome. Adding more clerical time to salaried workers' days is not what was intended.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The menu format is clear and friendly
What do you dislike most about this product?
The time entry is slow and cumbersome, and vacation accrual des not work with carry-over vacation days.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try a few programs out from an end user's perspective to be sure your company is making the right long-term cost decision.

tax management services that enables workers tax deductions, retirement processing services, automated payment of expenses, easy reports on expenditure, candidate tracker tools, compensation management services.
What do you dislike most about this product?
implementation is tiresome especially for first time users.

decision making is one of the main traits an enterprise can have to be reach objective. try Paycom HCM, your wont regret.
