What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
Our company culture has been transformed by centralizing all HR and policy information in one place. As soon as we can confirm that all employees have access to the policy material, we can have them sign off on having read it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Employees might be swiftly located or filtered for their specific manager's or department's needs using the comprehensive search feature. The capability of editing many files at once in a batch was likewise simple to implement. While we were allowed to change providers, we used Paycom to pay our staff and keep track of their numbers reasonably well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because of the epidemic, we have had trouble summoning assistance for some of the unused modules we continue to pay for. We are pleased with the modules we are now utilizing and expect to receive the funding required to deploy the remaining modules in the not-too-distant future.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Management of compensation. We have modules that aren't being utilized to their full potential, yet we're still being charged for them. Inconveniently, we have had a hard time locating a technician to come out and install it.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
Human resource features in the tool is what makes the tool more effective efficient and thus shine against its rival. One of the best features are the talent management, payroll and time and workforce management. You are able to know how your staffs are performing and how they are reporting to work each and everyday. It also has a database that helps to record and store staffs data. When hiring the tool has a feature that allows you to background check the staff for any negative listing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use and how the dashboard is intuitive. The feature that allows you to conduct background check for negative listing which ensures that you will not hire a negative listed people.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Let me say for the time i have used the tool, no bad or negativity so far

Human resource and payroll management should no longer be a hustle. Its worth the cost

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
The transition for workers is smooth. The system offers a great deal of customization for handling routine payroll and human resource tasks. I appreciate being able to get things done on the fly by using my mobile device. In particular, signing off on time sheets. Furthermore, mobile devices make it simple to request and manage time off.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of processing payroll and placing as much of the onus for exactness back on the employee. The entire process was presented clearly and without any hiccups. Worker satisfaction and reaction have been fantastic. All levels of management, as well as our HR staff, have profited from the new system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When it comes to configuring the system's internal processes and procedures, the client side's extensive customization choices can be overwhelming. More development is required for the ATS.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It became considerably simpler to run reports and get the precise data that was required. Nothing at all went wrong throughout our setup or implementation.
