What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
Paycor Payroll really does not differentiate from similar products in their software, per se, but their customer support, implementation, and sales team that we encountered were EXCELLENT. That is where they stood out.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the Onboarding/HR product. Definitely streamlines the process in a very efficient and user friendly way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The LMS system is so convoluted and confusing. While they are evolving, there has just not been any support for this product other than go to the training center. They should offer more hands on support for this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend that you look into the product as a whole, not just piecemeal. We were able to cut other vendors for this one product saving time and money. So, ask the sales team to be patient as you look at what they will offer completely before making any decisions, because like with any other implementation, once you say YES, the wheels start turning!
