What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
I feel like I have ownership of my payroll and its process. Paycor provides the platform and the support to accomplish what I need to accomplish with each run.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Intuitive to use for the common end user. Mobile friendly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I know they are continually working toward improving the product and there are things around the bend, but right now I feel like the time piece could be a little more friendly for end users and PTO visibility would be helpful for our organization (since we're a matrixed org, people need to see who is off).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you have goals set for what you want to accomplish for your business and the people who work there. I believe all products in this area have quirks to them. Base your decision on what you want to accomplish and you'll be more satisfied. Make a list of "must have's", "negotiable", and then "?" for those features you learn about that you didn't know you wanted. Look at several vendors and refine your lists to make the best decision for your organization.
