What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
Paycor is continually updating their product to meet the needs of its clients.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The training. They are constantly having not only webinars but training to keep you up to date on your HR role. The training for areas of Paycor are step by step and very easy to follow.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer service. They claim that emailing customer service is easy. The email part is the response to emails is not. Everything cost with Paycor Paycor sold us on a scheduling system OnShift. These 2 systems do not communicate back and forth with each other. This was very disappointing along with costly for us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say review the system as a whole. Only purchase the components that you know you will use immediately. Slowly intergrade the rest of the systems as you see you will utilize.
