What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?
This HRM tool differs from other similar tools by its unique features such as having a web portal for employees where they can view assignments, events or anything else related to payroll and bonuses. Which is very useful since it is not necessary to call each person individually and inform them about changes or updates on their benefits.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the most useful features of this human resources management tool is that it allows us to store a certain amount of documents online. And you don't need to use another external tool to achieve it. I also really like the feature of being able to manage the attendance of each employee, this allows us to better track the days that they were absent and to be able to get a calculation of what their monetary income should be on the payroll.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the things that I don't like about this tool is its little integration with third-party tools like Google Calendar, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. I also find that the payroll report sent to employees is not as detailed as it should be.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This HRM service will simplify your work in which you can easily perform any type of task such as W-2 Preparation, 401 (k) Follow-up, and manage the payroll of your employees. But I also suggest contacting the sales manager of the product for better advice.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?
Paylocity not only helps in management of payrolls but also in the management of other things like talents and workforce management.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Paylocity enables us to have different shedules of payment. The platform tracks PTO with accuracy. The processing of payrolls is made easy with paylocity. Paylocity has helped us with managing benefits , recruitment , compensation , time and attendance and time off.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have disliked nothing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Paylocity is perfect , i highly recommend it.
