This gives a holistic approach to workforce management. With a tax compliance tool and automatic tax filing, it makes it easy to adhere to federal, local, and state regulations, thus minimizing the risk of penalties.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Many of its aspects such as its centralized workforce management, automation of payroll, and compliance, support to remote and global teams, the way it seamlessly integrates with our existing systems, and the level of customization and scalability, are the major functions that make it a versatile, diverse, future-proof solution and top choice for us and for those looking for a software more than just a payroll structure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While rippling distributes several benefits to our business, however, some areas need to be highlighted as major concerns. For example, the lack of offline mode. It is a cloud-native software and its functioning mainly depends upon the internet, and we are unable to complete our tasks without the internet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To involve Riplling into your payroll environment, make sure that you have a backup plan or any alternative in case of any error with rippling. Also, ensure that its tax compliance and payroll regulations fit into your specific area.
