What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Using Rippling has been a breeze. The current applications include time and attendance tracking, payroll and HR administration, and training and development administration and insurance premium calculation. It's simple to track time spent on various projects simply by clocking in and out of different shifts. It's easy to ask for time off, and the option to request half a day is really useful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When it comes to welcoming new hires, nothing beats the ease and transparency that rippling brings to the process of choosing employee benefits. The LMS functionality is powerful and intuitive. So far I have not found anything that needs fixing about this system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
RPass might be more like Lastpass when it comes to sharing passwords. Another aspect that sometimes clouds the program is that you cannot always integrate it with other platforms in the sector that are always necessary.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A one-stop-shop for any and all of an employee's needs. I'm currently employed for a startup, and as such, we have no necessity for the bells and whistles that can make the user interface confusing. In terms of usability and clarity, it's excellent. You only need to spend a few minutes exploring on the first day to realize that the tabs will lead you right to the information you require.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
In order to accommodate all the needs of a human resource management group we had to use Rippling's complete system to be able to supplement all the tasks at the general management level through payroll, learning management, benefits and time off requests. Basically, we use for any personal work-related issues.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Rippling, we cover most of the management tasks such as time off requests management, health benefits, payroll, insurance management as well as basic information of the subordinate, their nominal and time input and output, all of which help us in the elaboration of reports corresponding to evaluations of the internal behavior of the company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We would like as a company to have an improvement of its mobile platform to be able to see the information in real time in our hands when we need it or make a report, the customer service should also improve for small businesses due to the little attention that is put to have to make them a support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As our company grows all our systems are completely digital, we recommend Rippling to all companies that need a system for human resources with a tool with few complexities and much utility from it derives important tasks such as access to our benefits, payroll and legal information of employees, streamlines and simplifies the onboarding process and ensures that teams can communicate effectively in a simplified modern platform.
