What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Processing payroll and bringing new employees on board with Rippling is a breeze. Direct administration and tracking of benefits are much simplified by their incorporation into the payroll system. The Payroll system is a standout feature, since it provides a detailed breakdown of employee paychecks, itemizing all the components, and making it simple to export pay stubs as PDFs for use in applications for both financing and verification.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My experience with Rippling has been limited to its usage by a small business; therefore, I cannot comment on how simple it is to use at a bigger organization. However, I cannot believe that it would be more challenging than using any other payroll service. The ability to measure and manage time, as well as the inclusion of IT support, gives the impression that growing is simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be great if birthday and anniversary reminders could be customized. Managing the costs of health care coverage and other perks is difficult. We have a poor application tracking system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
By far the simplest HR platform I've ever used to keep track of my salary, perks, vacation days, and general grasp of how my firm operates. Additional birthday and anniversary notification options would be a welcome addition to the site.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
I think the main difference is the ease of use of the program.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity of operation! It's merely a logical conclusion! Rippling is a breath of fresh air after coming from Paycor, which is a tangled web of complications. It is simple to locate what you are looking for and complete your tasks. Trying to figure out how to do something is no longer something I waste my time on.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are just minor things that might be improved. This is mostly true in terms of how things are organized. It would be fantastic if we could rearrange the applications in the side panels. I would also like to be able to duplicate templates in order to make minor adjustments to them. Additionally, accessing the Custom Fields grid for workers might be difficult at times because the grid just displays the field title and not the area you are now in. In this case, perhaps separating lines or at the very least the section names at the top of each page could aid in seeing and browsing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't be afraid to go for it! A fantastic tool for human resources management.
