What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
I love the straightforwardness and user-friendly design of Rippling. It's easy to do anything from logging ones paid time off, to brushing up on what things are covered under one's Benefits card.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that it's easy to navigate and that it connects you to extra resources that are more tailored to your needs as a NYLAG employee. I found it useful to have close access to the Personnel Manual in case I needed to brush up on how to use certain benefits, for instance. I also enjoy the workplace chart because it allows me to easily connect with the rest of my colleagues. It also allows me to visually understand the breadth and scope of my organization's mission as a leading legal services provider.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish it were more colorful and aesthetically pleasing. The color scheme can be a bit dull and somber. I also dislike that sometimes you have to dig around to find important links, like when needing to file claims. I had to complete two incorrect forms to finally reach the correct one.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely use it if you want to be successful in managing an organization of 50+ employees. Rippling helps everyone be connected and happy to interact with HR.

The "remaining" feature when splitting the pay up.

There could be more capability on the mobile app.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Rippling is a cutting edge HRIS that will allow your company to create efficiencies in your processes. It is a cloud based system that will allow your HR, accounting and staff members to work in a remote setting. Rippling is innovative and they are always looking for opportunities to expand their product offerings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Ripping is the onboarding workflows. These have helped our staff stay organized and helped ensure the completeness and accuracy of employee records.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really can't speak to any specific pain points that our company has had with Rippling.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Rippling has added a tremendous amount of value for our HR and accounting teams. It has provided a much more positive user experience. Finally, it has added a tremendous amount of efficiency for our HR and accounting teams.
