What differentiates Tableau CRM Analytics from other similar products?

This is a major step in our plan to eliminate traditional reporting and make Salesforce our company's data hub. For the time being, we are only using it to replace our previous reports and to acquire raw statistics. Our long-term goal is to make this our primary analytics platform for studying patterns and making predictions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One issue I have with it is that clicking on a link in the information article takes you to a different tab, which means you lose hours of work since you are either signed out or disconnected from Salesforce. As an additional issue that requires improvement, it takes a few minutes for responses from clients or emails to show up, and you have to refresh several times before you can see them. This causes customers frustration, especially when you're in the middle of a talk with a customer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an excellent application that displays reports nicely for modest data amounts and on-the-go dashboards. The product's learning curve is steep, although it's not quite as steep as some other data visualization tools. The simplest approach to utilize the tool is to integrate it into an existing Salesforce platform. I advocate this method above others that report on top of Salesforce data.

What differentiates Tableau CRM Analytics from other similar products?

It stands out from the competition because of its graphical user interface, which makes learning the application a breeze and speeds up the process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Before anything else, if this is your first data visualization tool, it's really simple. Besides its extensive feature set, it can manage almost all your tasks associated with creating and delivering interactive and user-friendly dashboards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inability to construct direct SQL queries is one drawback. When problems with data synchronization arise, the dashboards can become unresponsive. Additionally, there are market alternatives that are less expensive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This program is highly recommended because it serves as an excellent starting point for data visualization and presentation.
