What differentiates Tableau CRM Analytics from other similar products?
Many of the public institutions we have worked with have been very satisfied with this software due to its great ease of use and how easy it is to publish (or embed) it on their institutional web pages. Its dashboards are great and very fast.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very easy to use, although this means that there are fewer options than other similar software, but our clients prefer it that way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As we have indicated previously, the lack of documentation in Spanish is a problem, and even more so in a software as well-known as this one.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We recommend trying it out, as there are free versions, and if you find its features adequate, you can purchase it without any problem, as they have good support.

What differentiates Tableau CRM Analytics from other similar products?
For me the key is its simplicity. Other software like PowerBI has many options, integrations with different software, but if you want to make a simple dashboard for an average project, Tableau is very intuitive, and its open publication is simple and quite secure at the communications level.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A simple Dashboard can be generated even by a person who is not IT or a specialist in Indicators, Dashboards... this is important when we offer the tool to our clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For a complex project, it lacks options and integrations with other software. There is also some documentation missing in Spanish.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Since there is a free version, I recommend trying its features before making the purchase. If it meets your expectations, you can make the purchase.
