Powerful but tricky at first

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho CRM is kinda different from others cause it is more affordable and still gives a lot of features. It also works well with other Zoho apps which makes it easier if you are already using them. The interface can be bit clunky at first but once u get used to it it is pretty smooth. Some CRMs got better automation maybe, but Zoho gives good value for money.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I’d say my fav part of Zoho CRM is how customizable it is. Like you can tweak fields, layouts, workflows all how u want, without needing to be some tech expert. It helps make the system fit your biz instead of forcing you to work their way. That flexibility's super useful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I don’t like much is the user interface, it feels kinda outdated and sometimes slow. It can be confusing for new users too, like too many options everywhere. You gotta dig around a bit to find simple stuff, which ain’t fun when you’re busy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you thinking about getting Zoho CRM, I’d say try the free trial first and play around with it. Take time to set it up right from start, cause it can be messy later. Also, watch some tutorials it helps a lot. And if your team ain't super techy maybe plan some training, cause the learning curve’s there. But if you want good features without paying crazy prices, it’s worth looking into.
