What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The automation capabilities are my favorite feature. Zoho CRM allows us to automate repetitive tasks, such as follow-ups and lead scoring. This has freed up time for me to focus on creating engaging content and building relationships with our audience instead of getting bogged down in administrative tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?
