Product is excellent, but:- 1) Post purchase experience/support is not great 2) Service focus needs to improve, not just sales 3) Implementation is just a formality, that should be smoothened to Client's satisfaction

Great Product, Easy Customization But, keep low expectations from post sales support or implementation angle

At the end of the day, any CRM is most effective, when you are able to view & analyze data properly. In Zoho CRM, the Report Management is so user friendly that you can use it precisely..

What do you dislike most about this product?

At some places: 1) Sales Team is not as good as the product 2) User interface can be more User Friendly

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take a Demo, use the product yourself first (process upto the reports creation and templates). Compare the same with others. Then take a call
