Additionally, Zoho CRM offers a wide range of features at a very reasonable price point, making it accessible for small businesses like ours.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The automation feature. We have set up a number of automated workflows that have greatly improved our efficiency and effectiveness in managing leads and opportunities. It has saved us a lot of time and allowed us to focus on more high-value activities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing at the moment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend Zoho CRM to any small business looking for an affordable and comprehensive CRM solution.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
As a member of the sales and customer support teams, I found Zoho CRM to be an invaluable tool for keeping track of important customer data, from contact info to problem areas.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Perhaps it's because we'd never used a proper sales process or customer relationship management system before implementing Zoho, but we were pleasantly surprised by how powerful and flexible it is. We utilize CRM functions to keep track of customers, but our favorite use for them is in managing promotions (our sales pipeline). This makes it simple to move people along the process, view how long they've spent in a given column, etc. You can make changes to the process, such as adding or renaming columns, in Zoho. We use it in conjunction with Zoho Campaigns, which helps us keep track of leads in distinct lists.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There isn't much we don't like, other than the fact that we haven't even begun to scratch the surface of all the features it offers. Features abound, but it may be difficult to use them all.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I implemented Zoho CRM at a charity. The company had a limited budget and needed all of its needs met in one convenient location. Therefore, I investigated and proposed Zoho CRM, and their support helped us with issues that weren't even officially covered. We were able to get all of the specialized features and codes that our company needed from them. Despite the fact that the free version is a great place to start, the features available without spending any money are limited. Many of Zoho CRM's features are only available in the more expensive pricing tiers.
