What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
As a result of financial constraints, the corporation needed a centralized location to store all of its supplies. So I did some digging and pitched the concept of Zoho CRM, and their support staff was helpful even in situations that weren't explicitly covered. We asked for specific features and codes, and they delivered. Even while the free version is a great place to start, the features you gain without spending any money are limited. Numerous Zoho CRM features are exclusive to the more expensive pricing tiers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the best features of this CRM is, in my opinion, the many personalization options it provides through its user interface. However, I believe there is potential for development, particularly for a new user of a CRM or even one moving from a competitor's system. Module relationships and the lead's progression through the CRM system still have a learning curve. To be of any use, the blueprints function must first be activated.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One feature I'd like to see implemented is the ability to filter my contacts and then save the filtered results as a.csv file. Simple tasks like setting reminders can become muddled in Zoho CRM. Record deduplication for all CRM subsystems and beyond.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Although it does not have the option for incomplete submissions, we found Zoho CRM to be quite useful for our non-profit. Further, they have extended to us a special price because we are a charitable organization. Additionally, they have helpful support staff that are eager to assist customers. In my experience, there are a few dummies among us, but backing is generally strong. As a result of their assistance, we were able to implement bespoke features that aren't provided as standard by competing CRM services.
