What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Features and functionality - full suite of "everything" all in one place
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Love the fact that everything from call management to contacts to templates to scheduling and invoicing is all integrated and connected
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of an autosave feature for notes is somewhat of a pet peeve. If notes are being written and the screen is exited, there is no record of the unsaved notes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take a deep breath, start it up and get ready to be able to see and do everything in a fully integrated "all in one" CRM solution.

I like that Zoho CRM automates sales with campaign management. Managing and collaboration data of existing deals and new prospects. Streamlines the complete process for sales and support.

I have no dislike.
