What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

In Zoho CRM every opportunity can be tracked and controlled and have a keen record from the lead to the sale process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Various filters options given that allows us to view the data in different and take proper decisions. The tasks can be well managed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

API integrations and the customization of modules.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho is definitely a value-creating software especially for startups and medium-sized organizations. It can be used in the well-established organization as well.

Full of features, but not happy with email marketing limits

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Online, line of modules

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limit on email marking. Their advise was to use Mailchimp. I didn't want to have my contact in Zoho and also have Mail Champ for bulk mail.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho can get expensive quickly. Decide which modules you need. Not a good product if you have lost of email you want to be able to send out in one day.
