The following features are amazing in Zoho CRM are: - Organizing data is very easy to use. - Client management and Opportunity management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The below some points that I don't like in Zoho CRM: - Lack or Delay in customer support. - Hard to set up and management initially.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is great for high level CRM, but I use for my small business and it is very easy to use, customize and implement so I highly recommend you to use Zoho CRM for your small business as well as large scale business or projects.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Zoho is an excellent software to track the company's sales channel, with it our sales department has increased in effectiveness and the extent to which the software is used is increasing, especially since it can be integrated with other programs in the company. same company, such as Zoho Project Management and Zoho email.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its main advantage is its integration with other software such as Zoho Project Management and Zoho email, which gives it versatility to be used in different departments. However, its main use is in the sales department in which it has generated a very positive impact thanks to the fact that it is an easy product to customize and use, and in this way allows us to satisfactorily monitor our sales flows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The response time in the customer service that Zoho presents is very long which makes it difficult to solve problems that may arise through the use of the software, therefore sometimes it is necessary to seek technical help outside of Zoho to solve specific problems that may arise. otherwise they would take a long time to resolve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Leaving aside the faulty customer service and the initial account setup that may take a little longer than expected, Zoho CRM is a very good product, its operation is smooth and its integration with other brand software makes it. adaptable to any organization, especially in the sales department.
