What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
The main thing about Zoho CRM is the pricing, it's cheap and feature enrich compare to others such as Hubspot
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The leads and contacts can be defined seperately and you can mail your existing customer in bulk within the CRM
What do you dislike most about this product?
its confusing when you have to use the import the data in the CRM and tag in the campaign
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it, it's cost efficient and you will find most of the features in it, best part is Zoho has all the suite which a sales and marketing team needs

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
One of the most notable features of Zoho is the number of tools or applications it has. I remember that until the moment we stopped using Zoho one had about 35 apps that supported different functions and applications. Very useful indeed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I think one of the things I like the most about Zoho is the way in which you can synchronize the modules with each other, and the ability to customize because in the work model we were in we needed to establish several channels of attention and that in turn these channels were related to each other by an “order” and Zoho CRM made it possible.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At the time of making mobile messaging campaigns it was difficult to find an API that was compatible with ZOHO, at that time (2022) there was only one that was exclusive to ZOHO called “smooth messenger” and it was still in beta phase. It was the tool that we also had integrated to carry corporate whatsapp conversations with customers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
First investigate the needs to understand that Zoho is a robust CRM is a crm that works much better in companies or projects with a complex business system. It requires different channels of attention not only by social networks, phone numbers but they need communication by chatbots on web page, attention of an IVR by phone, automated communications by Whatsapp Corporate. Mass mailing campaigns. Companies or projects with different departments established with different area leaders.
