The Change Management Assessment Tool should be used to measure the completeness and success of your Change Management process. The results can be used to obtain executive buy-in for a more rigorous Change Management process and to measure your process adherence.
You will be asked to provide specific responses related to the following:
- The degree to which you are executing the activities required to successfully complete each phase of the Change Management process.
- The urgency with which you would like to establish or improve the execution of each activity and the effort that will be required to do so.
- Target metrics for Key Performance Indicators. These metrics should be measured and recorded monthly to track the success of your process.
The tool will generate an assessment of your process completeness. You will receive a score for each phase, as well as an overall score. Priority matrices will use your urgency and effort ratings to rank each of the required activities, helping you decide which activities should be established/improved first. Finally, the top five Change Management metrics will be tracked graphically for easy reporting.
