What differentiates Ada from other similar products?
I don't have experience with comparable products so I can't speak to that

The pace at which we were to train the model and get the bot to an effective level was reall great
What do you dislike most about this product?
In rare cases the bot picked the wrong answers which lead to users being confused

Prepare lots of training data from your actual customer interactions

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ada Chatbot provides personalised experiences without needing of lot of manual effort. It remembers past chats and interactions. It uses that info to respond in a way that feels more tailored to each user or customer. This makes the conversations feel more natural and engaging. Ada ChatBots also supports multiple languages, which is a big win for businesses that serve customers around the world.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Ada Chatbot is highly appreciated for its automating customer support with easy setup, personalised responses, and ability to integrate with other tools. Ada chatbot is quick, learns from past interactions, and works well flawlessly. However, User needs to some additional support or do further fine tuning to handle more complex or detailed queries or multi layered conversations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Looking for easy-to-use AI powered chatbot that can handle most customer inquiries and enhance the overall customer experience. Ada is a great choice. It’s quick to set up, scales well, and offers personalised support, making it perfect for businesses of all sizes.
