What differentiates Ada from other similar products?
Ada is different because it offers an interactive way to engage with clients through images and emojis , inapp and video players. It is very easy to use and user friendly too.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Offers an amazing engagement with clients through elements that are interactive like images and emojis , inapp and video players. The chat builder has drag and drop capabilities that allows us to build chatbots that are customized. There are data encryption capabilities. Offers compliance management. The answer building process is very powerful with a lot of flexibility. Ada is smart and innate when it comes to creation of new answers and training answers. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing we have disliked so far about Ada , it has worked very well for us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ada is a very intuitive an user friendly , you will be able to have and create custom bots to help in the engagement of customers and clients , there are very interactive ways to engage customers through emojis , images video and even inapp. I highly recommend Ada for its great workability.
