Ada takes care of customer needs by ensuring they can help themselves without much interbey from the customer care team. The interactions are personalized and the tool is easy to navigate

I like that Ada is easy to use The personalization of conversations is a win. I like that it's affordable I like that customers can self-help which saves time.

Ada has been nothing but amazing. No complaints

If you're looking for a tested and proven chatbot, I recommend Ada. We have used it for long and it has proven to be the best. It's easy to use and relatively affordable

I like that using Ada is easy and that the software offers some competitive features in the industry. The software is cost effective and I like that it personalizes conversations. Acts as a great marketing software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since Ada hasn't failed us, I have no dislikes to list here.

For best customer care experience, I recommend Ada. It makes conversations with clients easy and at the same time, the business can use the software for marketing needs.
