What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
Confluence is special because it lets lots of people work on the same document at the same time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The pro part for me about Confluence is how it keeps everything together in one spot. I can find old notes, project updates, and meeting notes without searching everywhere. It is like having my own helpful assistant. I can focus on my work and not worry about getting lost in files.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes, I find it confusing when there are too many links on the same page. It is hard to know which link to click. This makes it tricky to find the right information sometimes and that can be a bit frustrating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I say take your time to learn it. At first, it might feel a little hard but with practice, it can be really helpful.

Confluence has an advanced version history.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When I started working with confluence I found some complexities and performance issues especially with heavy contents, but now its fine.

It is a powerful tool and overcomes all the document management related tasks.
