What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
Confluence supports the creation of a knowledge base from scratch. It helps not to lose the efforts of teams in previous projects, documenting them and adding them to the knowledge base to enable us to benefit from them and build on them again.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the idea of easy collaboration that Confluence adopts, it simplifies the preparation of documents for any project. With Confluence, there is an ideal text editor and many templates that make team documents unified and error-free, organized and easy to document. I like the ability to access or share documents with additional teams. I liked the ease of creating advanced panels that enable us to display all the details and support them with charts, and benefit from automation to update them automatically.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The negatives of Confluence are negligible, the interface is organized, easy to use, and searching to access any information is done quickly through many options.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Confluence is an essential tool for anyone who wants to ensure the continuity of knowledge documentation and maintain the smoothness of its dissemination and access within their team or organization.

I love the fact that it fosters collaboration, creates versatile tracking methods, and always has open channels for feedback, which helps manage our knowledge base and create and document reports.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing about Confluence is the card system, where any member can create a card with tasks and send it to members to ensure it is updated and documented as required. I love the tagging and commenting features, which enhance our understanding of the content within each card. I also like the ease of creating forms and reports, and the ease of sharing them and documenting comments on them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are no downsides to Confluence, it's easy to learn and surprisingly useful.
