Sometimes hard to find things, filters don't stick, things could be more organised.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think about roll out and adoption. Have clear internal business owners, keep the libraries organised, make it a part of your company DNA

Great execution of an unnecessary product

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
It's functionality is impressive! Truly the best in class and easier to deploy than other competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The deal board is well visualized and incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Asynchronous coaching and giving feedback to reps without them being there to engage in a discussion about it didn't lift rep performance the way we thought it would.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give coaching to your team in person, not asynchronously.

It's a robust call management platform which gives insights into calls and now has great AI summaries as well

The ease of use to listen to calls and create snippets and send them to customers when needed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think they're trying to do too much, focus on what makes them great.
