What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Increases productivity by offering possibilities for continuous learning and processed information. To train sales teams, call the library.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Gong I like it, I can interact with CRM so calls can connect to business results. For transcription of conversations and performance evaluations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Gong is pricey, has an English-only interface, and its Spanish transcriptions might not be precise.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I suggest Gong to record, transcribe, analyze calls and video conferences, it allows you to detect profitable trends. It also optimizes contact management through interaction with systems such as CRM, offering important indicators that support data-driven decision making.

Very powerful software, but can a bit overwhelming

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Very strong AI functionality. Strong integrations. Great alerts, but for an SMB sales team those alerts can be a bit overwhelming/overkill.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The AI functionality recommendations after each call.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Can be a bit difficult to utilize all of the tools. Would be nice if it could send out recordings to meeting attendies automatically. Would be nice if it could replace outreach all together.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Incredible product, but might be a bit too much for a small high volume SMB sales team.
