What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Not aware of another product that enables this capability to record customer conversations and share them, leveraging SFDC as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to go through a call quickly to find the relevant place
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the transcription is not very accurate
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly useful for onboarding new reps and keeping a record of discussions with customers.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
We use to have the recording form Salesloft, but when we saw what Gong could do, we immediately sign, how it give you analytics on the calls, gives you the chance to always be better and always be improving and give you rates of good practices among the users on your company, we definitely own the product now.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1.- Metrics on the calls by user or group. 2.- Give you what works for your peers during the call. 3.- Can share it with external people.
What do you dislike most about this product?
1.- If you send the invite to your call, lets say less than 30 min of the call it will not record.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you work in a SaaS company as I do and have trouble tracking efficiency in the calls of sales reps, give them a try and you will see all the value that will bring to you
