What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong is a strong competitor in the space and is really pathing the way for sales processes and procedures. The tool sets itself aside from standardized communication platforms such as Zoom, Skype, or Microsoft Teams because not only does the meetings get recorded, but they are automatically recorded, analyzed, and transcribed into a database to easily review and break down information.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Gong is simply how seemless the tool works amongst Salesforce and Zoom in addition to the incredible job of transcribing conversations, providing key points of interest, and allowing peers and leaders to leave feedback.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At this point in time I cannot think of any examples.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you, or your team are currently encountering with staying on top of the sales process then Gong is going to ultimately be the right solution for you. The tool streamlines so many processes and makes the process much easier in terms of how that information is broken down and analyzed for review later on.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
The ease of use is bar none.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the product's ability to correctly label certain characteristics of each call. It helps me focus on the areas where I may need to improve.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This is a small thing. But I'm not crazy about how long it takes to upload calls sometimes. Other than that, no complaints.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend that they buy the product. It's easy to use and reliable.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong is the first and only call analytics tools I've used. To me, it's the best.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For me, the call analytics are invaluable. I can see how long I talked, how long the customer talked, the subjects that were talked about. The sharing capabilities are valuable too.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No dislikes
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's been an invaluable sales tool for me. It helps me to stay more present in my conversations with customers as I know Gong is recoding and analyzing as I go. When I go back to review my calls, not only do I pick up on things I missed in the moment, Gong has analyzed things for me that are useful in my follow-up with the customer.
