SSO — the signing on process can be annoying at times
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
buy it — it'll be worth it from an org perspective as your reps will improve. As a rep, use it: ask your manager for feedback, review your calls so you can self-improve, and use it (instead of the call) for taking notes
