Call recording & transcription. It makes it so I don't have to take notes on sales calls.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes 5 minutes to add Gong to a live, in-progress call

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Incredible call analytics, I've learned so much from listening back to my own calls.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Advanced search, call analytics, and transcript
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface is VERY challenging/confusing. The search bar at the top should pop up all calls with the customer, instead it takes you to a very confusing dashboard.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Love the tool for learning and growth experiences. Also easy to send links to your customers, I think it's an incredible investment with room for growth on the UI/UX.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong is easy to use, easy to setup, and provides instant insights. I'm amazed how well it relates calls to opportunities right out of the box.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the deal board. It's the best way to manage opportunity pipeline i've seen so far. I also love listening/watching video calls on double speed. so easy to spot good and bad behaviors.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the menus are not the best looking.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
this is the one to get. you'll see value immediately.
