What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
What makes gong different from something similar is that I can always count on gong not only for its product, but its blog and podcast for help in the sales world also. The product itself is amazing and its a great tool to use if I cannot connect with my manager right away as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I typically use gong to relisten to my calls and take notes and just listen to how I sound on calls to become better on the phone. Personally, the keywords and transcripts are my favorite parts along with being able to comment on specific portions of the call. Can't forget being able to listen to calls at faster speeds when you are crunched for time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At this time I don't really have any dislike because it does everything I need it to do for my specific role.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
At least give it a try! It will be a big game-changer for anyone using it! Highly recommended.
