What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong has a very intuitive interface that allows you to easily figure things out, without a whole lot of training. It's one of those products that I continuously come back to in order to be the best version of my professional self I can be. It helps my customers have a better experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the audio transcription. It's absolutely incredible and allows me to quickly search for things that I said. Whenever I say things like "Great! I'm going to send you..." it easily allows me to search and recap the things I promised to send. It's a procrastinator's DREAM tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I don't like is that the audio transcription can SOMETIMES be a bit off, but that's mostly due to Zoom, internet connections, and SaaS companies having fun names that aren't in the dictionary.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't even bother looking at competitors. Gong is the only thing you'll need. They have it all figured out, and the tool will allow you to be a better professional, and allow you to give your clients and prospects the customer experience they deserve.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
I really haven't seen anything like Gong! This is the first time I have used a call recording tool, and I do not have any complaints.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that it provides action items after my calls. It's also been really helpful as I've only been with the company for a few months. We have a whole library of calls, or I can easily search a specific call if I'm looking to listen to a peer's call to learn how to run the conversation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I've noticed is that the audio transcript is not always 100% accurate, but it is clear enough that I can gather any insights I need from it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would definitely recommend taking advantage of the tool as much as possible! It's been so valuable to me so far, and I would highly recommend a tool like Gong.
