What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

The insights that Gong generates are great and very helpful! The analytics that are generated for the calls are eye opening and helps in making informed decisions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The analytics and the AI generated transcripts!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't really have any complaints so far. I would like it if searching for calls could be made easier!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great product with not much wrong with it! It has loads of features specially the transcript feature which helps in quickly reaching to the part of the call you might find relevant.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

In addition to basic call recording, Gong provides analytics around length of talk tracks, time spent talking without the prospect contributing, and other metrics to help provide awareness and improve your presenting skills.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This in an incredible training tool. Being able to listen to calls from team members company wide takes away the former limitation of having to wait for real-life calls to listen and learn. Being able to search for keywords in call transcripts is also very useful in finding calls that relate to the specific training topic. As a sales rep, Gong was a major catalyst in my initial ramp up as I was able to pause, analyze, backtrack, etc at my own pace.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The audio transcription feature is very useful but falls a little short in terms of accuracy- it can depend on the call & speaker but I would estimate a 75-85% accuracy. Still pretty good though overall and definitely adds value.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Keep access open across your team or company to provide the most value- Gong is great for revisiting your own calls and sharing with prospects but also has a ton of value as a training tool to hear different styles and learn from colleagues.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

not entirely sure, I havent done much research.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the user interface, the call analytics, the ease of use, audio and call recording transcripts are helpful, search functionality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

nothing at this point in time. it does what I need it to.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

great product to consider for any larger sales organizations for training purposes and to be able to go back and refresh sales reps memories.
