What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
not entirely sure, I havent done much research.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
the user interface, the call analytics, the ease of use, audio and call recording transcripts are helpful, search functionality.
What do you dislike most about this product?
nothing at this point in time. it does what I need it to.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
great product to consider for any larger sales organizations for training purposes and to be able to go back and refresh sales reps memories.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
The insights that Gong generates are great and very helpful! The analytics that are generated for the calls are eye opening and helps in making informed decisions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The analytics and the AI generated transcripts!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't really have any complaints so far. I would like it if searching for calls could be made easier!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great product with not much wrong with it! It has loads of features specially the transcript feature which helps in quickly reaching to the part of the call you might find relevant.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
I really haven't seen anything like Gong! This is the first time I have used a call recording tool, and I do not have any complaints.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that it provides action items after my calls. It's also been really helpful as I've only been with the company for a few months. We have a whole library of calls, or I can easily search a specific call if I'm looking to listen to a peer's call to learn how to run the conversation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I've noticed is that the audio transcript is not always 100% accurate, but it is clear enough that I can gather any insights I need from it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would definitely recommend taking advantage of the tool as much as possible! It's been so valuable to me so far, and I would highly recommend a tool like Gong.
