What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

I can´t say that I have used any other like this. But I really think Hubspot is the greatest. I have worked with it extensively, looked through training manuals, done quizzes and an exam. There are endless possibilities I think, and so much to learn. I´m amazed everytime I find something new I can implement to my team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The connections between all records - and automation fill for reports, quotes and proposals. I also like the association feature, makes it easy to trace and follow emails, projects, deals etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It goes hand in hand, the associations sometimes comes in automatically when creating emails and it autofills to all deals involved with that person, and I wish yes and no, it should not. Always need to doublecheck that before.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although it is easy to update and change your way of business set up, make sure you have a set idea of how to create your companies and contacts before starting. What characteristics are important to have? We have had to update and do changes because we were stuck on using the pre-settings at first but then we saw the endless possibilities to add on and now we strive to make it better for us and make it the best for us specifically. Customer support is one click away, or a phone call away when you get into a halt and cannot figure out something. They are very competent and helpful.
