What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

The integration between all of the aspects of HubSpot and your CRM data is unlike anywhere else. It is way easier to set up and much easier to make long term.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the easy of setup and customization. If you know what you are doing you can have things up and running in a very short amount of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish HubSpot Academy was a bit more developed and had more focus on what its like to use HubSpot from an end user's perspective

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are going to purchase it get ready to set aside a good amount of time to setup and have a strategy for training your team.

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

The e-mail tracking is great and it integrates will with the Microsoft Suite. It also does well at tracking and recording calls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

E-mail tracking is great. It shows you right in the email when someone opens your message.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It severely needs a dark mode. I can use a Chrome extension but an actual integrated one would be great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
