HubSpot CRM has the capability to manage sales, marketing, and even support customers all through its single platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite aspect of this product is that it offers a basic plan for free and it consists of all the required features for CRM such as sales, marketing, and customer support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since all the data are stored on a cloud while using this CRM, I doubt about detail level security and the changes of data breaching is always existing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

HubSpot CRM is a wonderful tool for startups with a free plan to get started and of course for those who want to manage sales, marketing, and support all through a single platform.
