Disappointing but good enough for day to day
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
The greatest strength in Microsoft Teams is being part of Office 365. Without it, it's value would be minimal. There's little unique about Teams and it don't make a good use of the possibilities of integration with another Microsoft tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The video and audio calls features are really well built. It was a good improvement from Slack and what I miss the most in Basecamp.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of integration with Google Calendar, Windows and the world of possibilities that Microsoft could take advantage of.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Study every product included in Office 365. There's a lot of apps included that works well, although poorly integrated with Teams and the rest of the suite.
Pros
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
- Respectful
- Includes Product Enhancements
Cons
- Commodity Features
- Less Efficient Service
- Less Inspiring
