some times calls get disconnnected. it doesnt work well when using virtual desktops

This is one of the best products I have used for team collaboration. Lots of plugins available to support easy integration with other products. Make sure that you build it to scale, Once everyone realizes potential the usage will increase, and if you haven't built it to scale you might lose the benefits and usage may go down.
