What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Microsoft Teams provides all of the functionality of Skype for Business, but with a better user experience. The audio and video quality is excellent. The collaboration features are by far the best I've experienced. Simple to deploy, easy to use, I cannot say enough good things about Teams.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Shared chat space and the ability to easily break out into smaller groups. Collaboration tools - sharing documents and files and easily save those things. Ability to add video and sound in team groups.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing to dislike comes to mind
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Though it may seem a bit pricey, do not hesitate, because it is a smart decision
