Business VOIP industry standard
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Microsoft Teams profits from the scale of other apps within the Microsoft / Office 365 Ecosystem, such as SharePoint or other collaborative tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Many users use Microsoft Teams solely for chat or voice/video messaging, and don't actively use the vast number of other features that the app offers. Just by looking at the amount of apps available within the Microsoft Teams, you can be sure this is a fantastic all-in-one app to improve workflow and collaboration between colleagues and teams.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The limited customizability and strictly business approach to the workflows and features within the apps.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend exploring all the features this product has to offer. This can include shared workspaces, planning apps, document file sharing and more.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing

Improving with CoPilot but still lacking
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Teams is uniquely places in MS ecosystem so it integrates natively to the entire O365 suite. We also have Microsoft CoPilot with teams so this provides us with transcripts and summaries of our meetings and lets us chat with transcripts thats pretty unique.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Definitely the ability to generate meeting minutes with transcript on if you are using copilot. Having all our meetings accessable so that we can find what was said by who and when is a game changer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its appearance and cluncky design. Like mentioned earlier, MS should purchase and integrate Slack or Discord. That would make a huge difference as the threading for conversations is much better there.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There is really nothing out there that can compete and the product is improving at a rapid pace. The integration with O365 really helps close the disconnection gap.
Pros
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
- Saves Time
- Respectful
Cons
- Charges for Enhancements
