What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
microsoft Teams is a secure and good video conferencing tool developed by microsoft,it comes with the faith of microsoft and trust of thousands of vendors. it has multiple features which makes it unique on any given day, we have integrated it with many third party apps and it worked really well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft Teams is simple and very intuitive video conferencing tool, we can record the meetings and share it across on the different integrated enviroments. the quality of video and audio during the call gets maintain very well and we have experienced very positive response from clients as well. overall MS Team is a good fit for any sort of Org looking for a communication tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Ms teams behaves little oddly sometimes, sometimes it just does not show my current status, i manually have to set it. i have experienced some crashes during the meeting but i was not sure why this happend maybe because of the internet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ms teams is a worth trying if you are looking for a perfect video conferencing tool. i would highly recommend this tool for medium to large org. small organization can opt for any other options available in the market because teams might be little expensive at the first place.

The possibility to integrate with many other products developed by Microsoft. It acts as an integration center for many services.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The easy integration with power platform services (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fact that it consumes much RAM. It is being improved on the up to date Teams, but it's still an issue that some companies might face.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Surely should give it a go. It is a essencial tool for the company I work at. Losing its functionalities would be a disaster.

It's simple. Which can also be a bad thing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's a bit glitchy. It's not easy to share your phone's screen and it's not easy to switch between different screens. You have to stop sharing then share again.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For sales teams: If you can afford zoom you should use Zoom instead of Teams.
