Plus, it's secure and reliable offering live status of people across the company and gives an option to share to external people also.

Notifications are smart—timely without being overwhelming.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it can sometimes be slow, especially when switching between chats and tabs. Notifications aren't always consistent—important alerts can be delayed or missed. The user interface feels cluttered at times, especially when managing multiple teams and channels. Searching for older messages or files isn't always intuitive or quick. Permissions and file access settings can be confusing for some users. Overall, while Teams is powerful, a bit more simplicity and speed would really enhance the experience
