What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
It's pretty similar (and not quite as good in some cases) as other products, but it does everything in one place which is really useful as a business.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it works for both internal and external meetings and also has multiple other functions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That the screenshare button is right beside the leave meeting button.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If it's part of your company's offer for you to use, then it's great. But if you're paying for it separately, then you might want to look at other products.

What do you dislike most about this product?
If i have to ask 1 think to improve that would be messaging (IM). Somewhere slack style is best but other than this Teams is just killing it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Microsoft Teams is the goto software with multi device support and great for audio and video calls. Integration with microsoft ecosystem (sharepoint) is amazing. If its only IM's i would suggest to look elsewhere.
