What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Once we completely moved to Sharepoint, Teams felt like a whole new level. Sharing data is so easy
What do you dislike most about this product?
If a company doesn't use Teams, it seems difficult for users to use (without the app installed)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is my personal favorite. Teams is worth it if you want to be a full blown Microsoft shop.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
I believe this is the best platform to use, it is the most handy for integrations within other applications, and able to use with your laptop, phone, tablet with ease. It's included in our Microsoft plans, so why not use it. its a no brainer. best collaboration and sharing for teams

integrations with our helpdesk, check in systems, and other platforms like asana

sometimes teams will have downtime, but what other company doesnt

Make sure you have the right business plans, the E5 license will be your best bet for the breath of features.

The number of features available for calls, collaboration, meetings, and messaging - and it's part of the Microsoft 365 family, so it easily integrates with Office365 and Sharepoint and OneDrive for business

Easy integration with our Microsoft 365 environment and easy collaboration within our team
What do you dislike most about this product?
Intermittent audio issues such as speakers or mic not being recognized
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're already using Office365, you'll like this, especially if you're replacing another instant messaging product with Teams - integration in an M365 environment is easy and management is easy.
