What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
I like the fact that each teacher can create and manage its own classes and students. When having meetings aka online class the teacher is sure that only registered students can attend the meeting. Teams solved what with Zoom we couldn't achieve.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft Team has features where we integrate calendars with meets and chat; it is really helpful regarding weekly work planning. The feature where each team has shared files stored inside SharePoint is easily accessible from within the chat. Integration of other productivity apps within Microsoft Teams.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes loads for a time, the sw. takes a lot of space, so consume a big memory portion, searching for a text in the chat history may take time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This program is costly; it should be a little cheaper so that many can use it and thus increase the demand.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Altruistic
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
Cons
- Less Productive
- Commodity Features
- Vendor Friendly Policies

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
MS Teams is similar to a one-stop shop. It's more than just talking. Teams help to streamline work and save time. It is very simple to use and user-friendly. It does not use a lot of mobile data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing about teams is how easy it is to communicate and how you always feel on top of what is going on. I don't feel like I'm shirking important responsibilities. It only took a few days for me to feel as if I understood everything about the program, which was not the case with other competitors I tried.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike collaboration with Outlook because I believe their UI design is incompatible with Teams. Going from Teams to Outlook feels strange and out of place when compared to Teams. Outlook could use some simplification; there are far too many features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The individual chat and group team chat features are fantastic. We can integrate a variety of applications such as BI Tool, Outlook, Youtube, Excel, Calendar, and others. We can also incorporate Dynamics 365 for routine tasks and operations. Simply Outstanding
