What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
MS Teams' inclusion in the Microsoft ecosystem is its strongest suit. Microsoft Teams works perfectly with the Office 365 programs you use at work every day, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook , and SharePoint.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft Teams has numerous features that I found appealing. What I loved best was being able to attach files, ask questions by raising my hand, and express my opinions by clicking like or dislike.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They should focus on improving the ambience. This is good, however it lacks a natural appearance. Furthermore, Teams should make it very clear on the pop up that you are unable to access to Teams since your phone authentication has expired.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Through group get-togethers, this addresses the issue of communicating with colleagues and customers. You could do a lot of things with it, including share files, GIFs, emojis, respond to individual messages, react to individual messages, make daily notes, and store files.
Pros
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
- Efficient Service
- Acts with Integrity

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
I really like how Microsoft teams has got video conferencing that works great, but they have also got the really useful aspect of the instant messenger. This is really useful and something that Zoom (what I previously uses) didn't have.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The instant messenger feature, it makes it so easy to ask quick questions without getting lost in someone's full inbox.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not quite as easy to use at first glance for a new employee as Zoom, but after a couple of times, it is pretty quick to pick up.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would definitely recommend it, it is great for collaboration between co-workers and also for hosting virtual meetings.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
I like that Microsoft teams has some integrated apps like the to do list, and polls. There is also a nice level of customization in Microsoft Teams, making it a bit more fun than other video conference/ instant messaging apps.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how easy Microsoft teams is to navigate. I also like that you can pin conversations, mute conversations and notifications when needed, and change group names.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the search function a bit. If this was more robust with more filters, or if you could go back to actual message threads instead of just one specific message, it may be better. It's not the worst but I have seen better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend trying it! Better than slack.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
